ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Within the past year I have been into the emergency room five different times for numerous issues. I was also hospitalized where I had surgery for a total right hip replacement a year ago. When I was 13 I had surgery for my Crohn’s Disease and I had a foot of my small intestine removed and fistula repaired. I am currently doing remicade infusions to treat my Crohn’s Disease and on many different medications to treat many issues; leflunomide, lisinopril, vitamin D3, B-12, ferrous sulfate, folic acid and vitamin C.
