- CASE FILE
Ongoing headache with neck pain for three years, everyday. No answers and no medicines have helped.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
The pain started in the back of my head and its not like a regular headache or migraine I usually get. This is a pain in the back of my head that radiates to my neck. The neck pain feels like I have a constant pinch. This has been going on for three years now. If I use my arms too much the pain will radiate down to my left elbow. When I try to do house cleaning like sweeping or moping the pain with get worse the next day. If I walk too much or try to lift weights the next day the pain will be worse. I also can not sleep on the back of my head for long periods of time because this will cause the pain to get worse. I have been to numerous doctors and all tests have come back negative. I have went to chiropractors done acupuncture, and physical therapy. The only thing the doctors can tell me is that I have some arthritis in my neck which could be causing this pain. They have tried me on several medications as well as steroid shots, none of which have helped.
