Raynauds, erethryomyalgia in my hands and feet (mainly my feet) I have thick tight painful skin in localized areas (normal biopsy) swollen salivary glands (normal CT and biopsy) abnormal diffusion capacity test, waiting on CT of lungs. Waiting for a new EMG, neurologist suspects possible polymyositis. I am SCL 70 positive for diffuse scleroderma AKA systemic sclerosis. ANA multiplex screen positive, ANA IFA negative. I have GERD, inflamed stomach. Can’t get a diagnosis. I don’t even know if they suspect autoimmune disease?
