- CASE FILE
Need help identifying mysterious illness leading to degenerative discs and joints.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Symptoms began at age 27 starting with Extreme Night Pain (aching) in hands and feet, later progressing to my hips, neck and back.
Bedtime restlessness especially of the legs, shoulders, wrists and elbows. Included with restlessness is the strong desire to stretch and pop joints, which only offers temporary relief, whereby the need to pop joints comes back after 10 minutes
My joints have been steadily deteriorating over the past 30 years and now have moderately severe degenerative disc disease in my neck and throughout my entire back.
Constant ringing in ears throughout the day
Tighness in Hamstrings, I have never been flexible and have never been able to touch my toes
Keratosis of feet and lower legs, sometimes on forehead
Elevated Lipid and Cholesterol levels
Angiokeratoma red spots at random places on my skin
I have had bone scans, MRIs and have tested negative for Ankylosing Spondylitis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
History of surgery
Auto accident resulting in Splenectomy at age 22
Gall Bladder removed at 30
Tonsils removed at 45
