I feel like I'm being electrocuted.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
About 10 years ago my face went numb for a couple weeks. I was in my twenties. Never saw a doctor. It went away. Four years ago I started getting what I can best explain as electric shocks in my arms. It was burning. It looked like my skin was melting off. I got fired from my serving job because the customers got grossed out at the sight of my skin. It ended up on my face. And eventually on my stomach and legs. My entire body felt like it was burning. I went to over 100 doctors appointments to basically try a boat load of medications that didn't help. I lost 50 pounds because I was afraid to eat anything because they thought it was allergies. I had two biopsies. I lived at the doctors. I wasn't getting any answers. Eventually that went away. The anxiety hasn't. My doctor diagnosed me with some type of anxiety disorder and put me on antidepressants. Now again the electric shocks are back. But this time they are all over my body right away. I was also recently diagnosed with vertigo. I am constantly exhausted and my body always hurts and sometimes my skin gets really sensitive to touch. All I want is an accurate diagnosis.
