- CASE FILE
57 yr old female. Pain everyday of my life; sometimes hard to walk. Don't like taking meds; have no other choice b/c pain is so bad.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Pain started in my right groin area over 3 yrs ago. Eventually, both of my thighs hurt, all the time, like tight muscles, like I ran a marathon everyday. I also have pain in my knees. Been to regular doc, arthritis doc, rheumatology doc. OTC meds, some scripts. Been told I have minor arthritis and I should lose some weight (at least 50 lbs overweight) but it's very hard to move when I'm in so much pain. Steps are getting harder to walk.
