ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have had headaches for over thirteen years. These headaches are constant and range from moderate to severe. In addition for the last few years I have experienced severe lower abdominal pain along with lose stools and periodic incontinence. My current diagnosis are Neurocardiogenic Syncope, hypothyroidism and low testosterone. After seeing multiple doctors and undergoing extensive testing, I still have no relief and am no closer to a diagnosis. Many doctors have suggested treatments from oral medications to injections to diet changes which have all failed. At this point my quality of life is suffering extensively. I basically cannot participate in my own life most days because the pain is so severe. After thirteen years I would even settle for one day without a headache.
