ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
3 years ago, because I was obese and suffered medical issues like asthma and knee trouble I got a gastric bypass. A little over a year after that the trouble began with low blood sugars. I've had to go to the emergency room several times because of low blood sugar. My lowest, that I know of, was 24 and I had to be picked up by ambulance from work. I do construction (design, fabricate, and install HVAC systems), which i know can be politically demanding at times. They have yet to diagnose me with hypoglycemia or diabetes because I don't fit other symptoms of either. I'm waiting to see a specialist to get more test run. The heartburn started in January of this year and after speaking with a Dr I got a endoscopy where they discovered a mild hiatal hernia at the top of my pouch. I've since been put on prescription Nexium but am still waiting to see if that will continue or if I'll need surgery. Outside of both of these things a little over a year ago I began having panic attacks that I feel are due to the other symptoms I've been experiencing. I finally gave in and decided to take prescription anxiety pills. The quality of my life has been severely affected.
