Began having some muscle tingling, tightness, weakness, and fatigue in 2016. 2018 can't work out anymore get light-headed and dizzy.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder in 1997. For ten years lived with it without much of a problem. Anxiety got slightly worse and ultimately had to resign my position a a couple years later. Early 2016 began having muscle tingling, tightness, weakness along with headaches, and fatigue. Prior to December 2016 worked out everyday for about an hour, now I can't even work out for 5 minutes without getting a headache, lightheaded, and feeling like I ran a marathon. Have taken every test known to man and everything is coming back normal including MRI. They did however find that I was Vitamin D Deficient but bringing that back up to normal levels has only helped very slightly. Anyone having similar symptoms and have overcome them please give me a buzz, would love to hear from you.
