Lifelong excruciating leg pain.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have had terrible leg pain all my life. I’m a nervous wreck all the time. When I can actually relax, pain starts at the top of my legs and it goes downward. It’s a burning, sharp pain, deeper than just skin sensations. Every episode lasts about 5-15 minutes, then I tense up again, waiting for the next episode. I cry and scream due to the excruciating pain. The pain is always a 10+. It stops me from living a normal life. I started seeing doctors about 20+ years ago. I have tried so many pain pills, but with no relief. I have a spinal cord stimulator, but it doesn’t do much. All anyone can come up with is Idiopathic Bilateral Leg Pain.
