22 year with sudden onset of EXTREME fatigue, nausea, constant elevated heart rate, and difficult breathing.

Fatigue is my BIGGEST issue. Excessive fatigue (without Cpap and meds can’t stay awake for more than 4 hours but no narcolepsy or sleep apnea), throat pain, memory loss, brain fog, Small tic, weakness, common feeling of going to pass out, extreme hunger after 1 hour of eating a full meal, very sensitive to gluten (I don’t eat it) 73 brain arousals a night, protein in urine, sparatic pain in body . No asthma, emphysema, copd, narcolepsy, sleep apnea. Normal basic bloodwork, cardiac stress test, cardiac imaging, glucose and insulin test. Inflammation marker high and we just found elevated copper levels.
Neurologist tried me on seizure medication to which I had a BAD intolerance. Dizziness, vertigo, cognitive issues, abnormal headache.
