ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Within the last year it all started with lower back pain and leg going numb. Psoriasis started spreading from scalp to other areas. Dermatologist decided to put me on biologics and did bloodwork with came back with positive ANA. While waiting to see rheumatologist I started having horrible inflammation in eyes, vertigo spells, hot flashes and then cold, and feeling like I need to pee but nothing happens. Rheumatologist tested and again positive ANA and also positive TPO. I also had MRI and xray. My lower back shows a little arthritis but said it was not to worry about. Said I didnt have lupus or psoriatic arthritis which is why dermatologist referred me and told me to have regular check ups. Still have all of above issues and my back hurts so bad. I have had weight loss surgery that has not helped me lose weight regardless of diet and excercise. I have been diagnosed with esophageal ulcers and have had three c sections, gallbladder removed, and tonsils removed in the past. I currently take cosentyx for psoriasis. Vyvance for ADHD. Nexium for ulcers. I also have mirena due to heavy cycle with PCOS.
