ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Degenerative disc disease causes pain from my neck to my lower part of my back, numbness, tingling, weakness in my arms and legs. I also can't stand, sit or walk for long time. I have bulging disc throughout my back that causes nerve pain. Essential tremors causes my hands to shake, Which makes it hard to do any task that involves the use of my hands. Cervical dystonia which is a movement disorder. it makes my head pull to the left without me doing it. Sometimes my leg starts dragging or my foot. Then my feet cramp up as if your having a charlie horse in your foot. Carpel tunnel syndrome-weakness, pins and needles in my thumb, index and middle fingers. I get pain at night majority of the time. I have had shots in my thumb but temporary fix. Migraines-causes fatigue and feeling weak all over my body. Plantar fasciitis in my foot gives me sharp pains when I walk. Bone spurs-causes pain in my foot. I have had surgery on both feet and with rods in each foot. Bursitis in both hips and sciatica. Pain radiates down the legs then to thighs. Laying on hips starts the pain and then I have to move positions to be able to sleep. Edema in the right hip only, Knee pain in left knee stays swollen and fluid also inner part of knee. I have seen purple, flat, round spots on hand and leg. I have had fusion surgery to replace disc that was missing so now I have rods and screws at l5 and s1. Took some pain away but now it's beginning to hurt again, Eosinophilic oesophagitis- is a chronic allergic/immune condition. It causes my esophagus to have inflammation, hard to swallow, heartburn and impaction. I have all symptoms except impaction. Gastroparesis-when the stomach takes to long to empty. I feel full really quick after eating and nauseated most of the time. I have grade C esophogitis which causes swallowing to be hard and food to get stuck. Stiffness in the morning that takes all day to recover. Also I have enlarged liver with 2 hemangiomas. Urinary incontinence. Sometimes I don't feel the temperature of the water in the shower. Cervical radiculopathy-radiating pain from back to sides of stomach. I have had surgeries, at least a dozen of spinal injections which don't last long, simple injections in office, therapy and medicines to fix all the problems. But all treatments have been temporary fix but I think there is one thing that's causing all my symptoms. Cost of visits, procedures and surgeries is exhausting. Please help me. Thank you for spending the time to read my case. Any help is much appreciated.
