Abdominal pain. Severe nausea. Not GI or nerve related. All test and blood work have been negative.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
2 1/2 years - Pressure, sharp pain and tingling in the abdomen. Pain does not radiate from any other location such as the back. It is not stationary and will move from just below the rib cage to just below the belly button and from side to side. Does not wrap around to the back. It is not tender to the touch. Severe nausea. Endoscopy and Colonoscopy were clear. CT's and MRI's were clear. Blood test have all been negative. Lyme check was negative. Checked for medals and poisons both were negative. Autoimmune Diseases were negative. Gallbladder removed in 2013. Small bowel biopsy and Pancreas biopsy were negative. Stomach emptying study was good. Pain is not associated with eating or drinking. Pain is constant on a daily basis ranging from 2 on most days to 10+ on others. Nerve testing shows no nerve damage. Multiple medications such as Gabapentin and Lyrica and nerve block injections were futile. Neurologist and Gastroenterologist have both determined it is not nerve or GI track related.
