ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I was an RN. Then I got more and more tired. Had cramps and fasiculations in arms and legs. Spent five years at the Dayton VA. Left with a MGUS diagnosis at 38. Had a pain pump put in for bone muscle and joint pain. Now at fifty I’m so fatigued I no longer enjoy life. Memory and cognition are affected. I had to have my wife figure a tip at a restaurant because I couldn’t. Now my blood work is out of wack.. I’ve had anemia for 5 months and had to ask my PA to run iron test. Liver enzymes up. Foamy urine with monoclonal protein in it. Feels like I’m dying. But my M proteins are to low to be multiple myeloma. I believe it is MM. I can’t get help. I’m tired of seeing NPs or PAs. I’m to complicated. Signed ready to give up...
