ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
For over 20 years I've experienced upper abdominal pain, with and without nausea. I've had numerous and repeated endoscopies, ultra sounds,CAT scans.
I've tried different prescriptions and over the counter meds from antacids, antispasmodics, antidepressants, laxatives, fiber, etc...
The frequency has increased from a few days to a few weeks to a few months. I've only been diagnosed with GERD, reflux, IBS, gastritis The only real physical evidence
I have is a redundant (larger than normal) colon that at times had made colonoscopies difficult leading to lower GI's and virtual colonoscopies. All this plus my anxiety always has me thing I some type of cancer, from esophageal, stomach to pancreatic. I'm constantly on the internet searching symptoms and causes and diagnosis. Giving myself examinations pushing and probing my upper and lower abdomen. I'm a former smoker quitting the day I had a heart attach at the age of 38. Peripheral artery disease with failed femoral artery surgery in 2010 and degenerative arthritis in the spine and many joints. I'm somewhat overweight but look pretty healthy on the outside...the inside is another story.
