- CASE FILE
I have suffered from chronic pain in my groin and legs for 6 years, to the point where I am unable to work and spend 95% of my day in bed.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I was diagnosed with Avascular Necrosis in 2012. I have had 11 surgeries since including 2 total hip replacements, 3 revisions, 3 neurostimulators, 2 tendon releases and 1 nerve decompression. I have seen all types of doctors including several orthopedic surgeons, two neurologists, two neurosurgeons, a general surgeon, a rheumatologist, a urologist, and two pain management doctors. I have had numerous procedures as well. No one has been able to determine where my pain is coming from. They feel it may be nerve related but that is as far as they go. The pain has become so bad that I spend 95% of my day in bed. I am 47 yeas old, married with two daughters, and I am desperate to find an answer so that I can get my life back.
