Since the birth of my last child by c-section along with tubaligation performed in 2012, I have been having menstrual cycles twice a month.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I was diagnosed with uterine fibroids in 2012 that went away in 2013. I had a uterine ablation procedure done in 2016 that shorten the length of my periods to 9 days for a few months and lightened them then they returned back to 12 days along with the first 3 days being heavier than spotting. I have 2 menstrual cycles a month that last 12-13 days each. The first 3 days are a little heavy and the rest are spotting. My thyroid is healthy. I have been diagnosed with cervical polyps. I lost 28 pounds in a year and that didn’t help. I changed my diet to all organic and less red meat and that didn’t help. I have tried lots of different herbs, none helped and some even made my period last a few days longer. I refuse to take birth control or have a hysterectomy. At this point, yeast and bacterial infections are easy to happen. Menstrual cramping only happens in the first 2 days.
