ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
10 years ago a began to experience falls and couldn't move or talk. I also began having difficulty walking. In 2017 I was diagnosed with postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and orthostatic hypotension. I also would have episodes where my muscles would get so stiff and cramped in my legs I would slide right out of chair. My falls got more frequent and couldn't make it to bathroom and back without falling. I developed seizure like episodes also. Ended up spending 4 months in hospitals and rehabilitation center. Rehabilation was unsuccessful because of episodes of like seizures and muscles locking up. Also not being able to stay up for more than few minutes in wheelchair. Doctors were saying unspecified convulsions and seizures then pseudoseizures and conversion disorder. I was also diagnosed with dystonia. Now I am bedridden and unable to be up for more than 15 minutes in reclining wheelchair without going into seizure or dystonia like episodes. My muscles get so cramped and turn in awkward positions no one can move them and just have to keep me from falling or hurting myself. No real anwsers with doctors telling me I should go to Cleveland or mayo clinic.
