ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I had my first upper GI in the second grade for abdominal pain and diarrhea. I have aniexty, depression, OCD, chronic systemic pain, frequent falls, unsteady gait, fatigue, shortness of breath, palpitations, chest pain, I have had a cardiac ablation for WPW, my labs have indicated chronic inflammation. CRP 15+, alcoline phosphatase 50- 60, hypothyroidism, my parathyroid shut down, then after a few months appeared to be working, my gallbladder was removed because of right side upper quadrant pain and they said it just didnt work. I have left sided diastolic congestive heart failure. I am 43. They dont know why. After three colonoscopy I was diagnosed with Crohn's colitis. However after a year on humeria I contracted a rare bacterial pneumonia called HIB. I was sick for three month and treated with high dose antibiotics. Now two recent colonoscopies they say I have no sign of disease. However, I have chronic abdominal pain and chronic diarrhea. My chart says I had lyme disease, I was recently diagnosed with Lupus SLE. I too have NASH and my liver is grossly enlarged. I have chronic mouth and tongue ulcers. I have muscle weakness. Memory loss and at times have difficulty finding commonly used words. My labs are usually abnormal and then resolve months later. My doctors said it will all present itself sometime, I believe that day will be during my autopsy.
My meds are as follows: plaquenil 200 mg methotrexate 2.5 mg (5 tabs) weekly, metformin, 1000 mg, folic acid, lasix 120 mg daily, potassium 10 meq (4 tabs) daily, tramadol 50 mg (3tabs), zoloft 100mg (2 daily) , gabapentin 800mg (2tabs), bp med 50 mg, omiprozol, ondansatron tabs, synthroid 50 mg,
