I have this pain in my left side that will not go away
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have been having reoccurring left side pain for years. I have had to stay over night in the hospital for the pain and been given various tests and scans to see what the cause of my pain is. It can be mild (I can go to work and be a functioning member of society) to severe (they have to call the ambulance and it causes my glucose level and blood pressure go up). I have been diagnosed with a lot of difference things that may have caused this pain but no one has really been able to pin point they cause. They have told me I have costochondritis, a gastroparesis flare up, a fibromyalgia flare up, pleurisy, kidney stones, myocarditis, and muscle strain. I do not know if I need to seek medical care or just take an advil when the symptoms start. It hurts in the same area and there is no warning that the pain is about to come.
