ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I would say that the first thing that I would like to know is what caused my small fiber Peripheral neuropathy. I take quit a bit of medication and it keep my weight up. I have a few auto immune issues like hashimoto’s thyroid and Universalis alopecia. For my neuropathy I did have neur-Simulator added with some problems so I had it removed. It caused my feet to be worse, the temperature of my skin can be very hot. It also caused me to pulled the muscles in my back. My muscles and the nerves in my back are sometimes more then I can handle. Now They said I may be having non-epileptic seizures. They did a 72 hour test on my head. Although they are not as bad now, the muscle spasms, painful joint and cramping continues. I sleep with ice packs on my feet to help with the burning pain so I can sleep. My neurologist said he didn’t know what he could do to help. I have had so many test. My feet from my knees down do not respond to a nerve conduction study. My hands did ok with the nerve study but the pain in them sometimes is so bad I can’t even type. I spend more time inside because the heat is so hard on my body. I try to hide my pain pretty well but there are days I just can’t do it. My vision in my right eye is also effected. The eye Dr’s have not been able to detect the issue but they did have to place a Prism in my glasses and there are days I really have to look closely at what I am looking at.
