- CASE FILE
I’m 27. Every since I was 18, I’ve been in and out of the hospital. I always feel close to giving up but I fight through it for my children.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
My doctors have diagnosed me with Crohns, fibromyalgia, sickle cell trait, primary sclerosis colongitis (liver disease), and osteopenia. Every time I go to the doctor there’s something new going on that can not be explained. From passing out to skin issues. I’ve spent so much time in the hospital and they never know what to do. It’s so stressful and overwhelming. Really makes you loose hope because it seems like doctors don’t really know anything. My body always hurts really bad from my head to my finger tips to my toes. My back is always in so much pain to the point that I rarely get any sleep. I pass out and don’t know what happened. People that have been around at the time says it looks like seizures but test my doctor has done has ruled that out. Some days my skin feels like it’s on fire and it’s sore to touch and very sensitive. I have to watch what I eat to avoid bloody stools and horrible stomach pain. My muscles tighten up and I’m not sure but it feels like nerve pain throughout my legs and arms. I have consistent migraines that last weeks sometimes months. I just want help. I want to be normal again and be able to walk places with my kids without ending up bed ridden for days afterwards.
