ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
began in 2011; started as heaviness in his feet, he said he felt like he was walking in wet mud; this progressed to falling; swelling in his feet; hurts if anyone touches him, he says it feels like they're touching raw nerve endings; is sensitive to cold; is now unable to walk, care for himself in any way, cannot feed himself; simple tasks like using a remote or telephone is impossible; his voice is fading; unable to reason with him. He has been seen by neurologists, surgeons, internal medicine. Has had full body MRIs, CT scans, tested for MS & ALS, has had every type of blood test done including poisoning since he worked in the lab at Buzzi Unicem cement plant. The ONLY thing he has been diagnosed with is diabetic neuropathy. He had ONE, only ONE, elevated glucose reading, was put on diabetic medication, & since that time, no one seems to want to look past this diagnosis. Everything he is experiencing is caused from being a diabetic.
