swollen lymph nodes in my abdominal area pain ranging from severe to mild daily problem since October 2018
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Pain started under the ribs in October 2018. December i was told it was my gallbladder so that was removed in Dec 2018. after the surgery i had severe pain and went back to the ER two more time with pain in my Abdominal area which was said they didn't know what was wrong. Feb 2019 i had an episode while home alone that i had such severe pain i started vomiting, my body stopped working, my hand seized up where i couldn't use them and it lasted about 15min of laying on the floor completely helpless. shortly after that i had a CT that showed swollen lymph nodes in my abdominal area. At that point was sent to a cancer Dr by my GI DR, cancer dr was no help just said he didn't think i had cancer. after that i changed GI DRs. also was sent for a second CT between dr by my PCM. That CT came back with a diagnoses of Mesenteric panniculitis. New GI Dr. said it was to rare and didn't like the diagnoses. Since then my GERD meds changed which finally made the acid reflux get better but still have pain. i have had a colonoscopy which only showed a ulcer in my small intestines, on the 12th I will be swallowing a camera for further testing. I have been told she thinks it is crohns but doesn't know for sure. I am also seeing a dr for the back pain which seems to be a mystery also. the back pain isn't all the time either. only comes when doing certain moments or activities. as soon as the activity or moment stops the severe pain goes away. I do not know if the abdominal, chest, rib, and back pain are connected. It is now Aug 2019 and still having pain and no clue what is wrong.
