ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have been diagnosed with crohns, ibs, MALS, svt, and A vascular necrosis and I am only 25 and currently admitted to hospital for now. My abdominal pain is a constant 6 to 7 and then i will get sudden pains that makes me vomit sometimes it passes a 10 for me. I have been through so many surgeries and doctors to figure out why I am ha ing so much pain and when the doctors say this will work and it doesn't then they say well it might be functional pain. But my pain has always been there before the surgeries so I dont understand how that can be. This is impacted my life in a crazy way! I cant hardly do anything my life has been flipped upside down and have cause so much anxiety and depression. I hardly want to go to the doctors because I feel so awful for my family because I go to Cleveland clinic and still I feel like we have gotten no where. I have tried just about everything they think we have my crohns under control but yet the pain is still there. We have been trying medicine for nerve pain and that doesn't seem to be helping either. I am just at the end of my rope and I dont know what else to do. All these medications they keep trying aren't working and then I get even more depressed when they dont work. I have had a bowel resection and MALS surgery and still have pain. I just dont understand and have no idea what it could be but I feel like they are missing something and I need help to find it! So please I am at at the end of my rope and I am Desperate for help!! Now my heart is going out of rythm and my blood pressure is bottoming out because of malnutrition. We are going to start seeing a heart doctor again and see what they say.
