ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
In 2016 I had fibroids that caused non stop bleeding and pain. I had a partial hysterectomy to alleviate menopause. However they found cancer in uterus and did full hysterectomy since this cancer builds from hormones. This triggered rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed is April 2017. After several high risk medications, physical therapy and cortisone shots, it was decided for me to have hip replacement in April 2018. This worked for 4 months but the pain returned in my left hip and I wasn't able to lift it. Orthopedics said it was tendonitis on my left hip, degenerative changes of right hip and my pain in my knees were osteoarthritis. I was told to continue doing physical therapy and it would get better over time, So I'm back to using a cane. In 2019, I had severe anxiety and depression both at work and at home. I was placed on medical leave while my doctors used different treatments. I was then diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Restless Leg Syndrome, Sleep Apnea (OSA) and given a CPAP. I'm now taking over 20 pills a day, using a cane/ Walker, I'm secluded from others because its more difficult to speak. On August 16, I had a partial complex seizure but before I had tremors, facial twitching and leg shaking with slurred speech and hospitalized for a few days. I've passed out a few times prior and after the seizure that stopped my breathing and increased my lactic acid to 7.2. Before all of this, I was a communicator at my cooperate job, owned my business as a speaker and life coach, radio show host, best selling co- author, and active in my community. I'm only 50 years old, wad in good shape, motivating others and now I've been recently diagnosed with severed depression and anxiety. However, today, on September 6, I suffered possibly a minor seizure and I need help.
