Maybe NOT so Crohn's Disease. MRI Enterography, CT with Contrast and bloodwork all shows remission. Symptoms making it hard to be normal😞
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
In 2008, I began having abdominal cramping and diarrhea. The diarrhea was so bad that if I drank water, my bowel movement was like water. I was told I needed my gallbladder removed. I had that surgery in July 2009. From there things got worse. I went through a period of rapid weight loss. Now I fluctuate. And although I am obese, my bloodwork shows poor nutrition. In 2011 I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and hypertension. In 2012, I was diagnosed with Meningitis Encephalitis. In 2013 I had radioactive iodine treatment and now I have hypothyroidism. In 2013 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and had a resection in 2014. My abdomen cramping and spasms got worse. Like so worst I feared I would never live a normal life. In 2015, due to having my period for a year, I had a hysterectomy. My life is severely limited because I am always in pain. Nothing helps. I cry myself to sleep every night. My GI says I'm in remission, but I actually feel worse than I did when my disease was active. GI doesn't believe that my current issues is Crohn's related. I need help. I feel so helpless. I'm in agony everyday and it's affecting my everyday life. I have about 5-20 bowl movements on any given day. Anytime I eat or drink I can feel the spasms happening almost immediately. I have a husband and 4 kids and I am missing out on enjoying everyday life with them due to me always being to sick to participate. Some days, I go days without eating and some days I can eat but with many complications. I have not had a normal day since early 2008. I don't even know how it feels anymore to be pain free. The lowest I ever get on the pain scale is an 8. I just want to know what's wrong with me. I've had C-diff twice. First time was October 2017 and second time November 2018. I just feel miserable. Can you ease help me?
