ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have pain in coxal area, extending across my sacrum. The pain is not muscular, it is in bones. Can be shooting pain, or persistent pain. Affects ligaments in pelvic region. The areas are inflamed and warm to the touch. The sensation vibrates down my legs, into my feet. Pressure increases pain. Sitting, standing long periods of time worsen symptoms. Two ANA panels run. ANA came back positive both times, with a second panel positive. Pattern is speckled. CBC is normal, no anemia, yet bruise easily. PCP has suggested Lupus, MTCD. After c-reative came back negative during a pain and flare, was told they don't know. Rheumatologist suggested its back pain, and ignored blood results. I have taken Prednisone pills, 3 injections. Pills don't help. Injections worsen the pain. Only other medication i use rarely is hydrocodone, 2.5 mg. Eases edge when pain is intolerable. Had hysterectom, but ovaries left. Ultrasound confirmed left ovary free floating, but difficult to locate as it has been behind my bladder. No treatment for this. Garlic causes flare ups. unable to eat bread products, flour tortillas. No GI issues, however caused migraines. Have not had this food in 8 years. Have had severe outbreak of psoriasis in hands, plaque, peeling, bleeding 16 years ago. Lactose intoleran. Allergic to all diapers as infant, colic, and allergic to baby formula. Goat milk was only substitution i could have.
