ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
Feb. 2019 - Went to PCP for abdominal pain, left protrusion, and extreme fatigue - he ordered general bloodwork, an abdominal CT, then dismissed me to Gastro, who placed me on meds for possible SIBO, then performed what was said to be a clean colonoscopy and endoscopy. Gastro stated there was an unknown cause of very low ferritin, and am now on supplements. GYN performed colposcopy and said it was good, then treated and cleared me for what was said to be a bad yeast and UTI. Another GYN found and odd and excessive amount of discharge, however, it tested negative for everything. Breast fibroids/benign cysts in breast ultrasound. Cardiologist performed an echocardiogram and all was said to be good. ENT performed allergy blood work (not skin-scratch) - said nasal passages and throat were irritated but that the laproscopy and blood work were negative. Neurologist performed open MRI of brain without contrast - negative. Negative MRI for cervical, lumbar, thoractic. Rheumatologist tested for autoimmune diseases. Pulmonologist states I did poorly on my PFT, and that there was mild air trapping in my lungs - haven't tested further. Blood flakes in urine - not tested yet. 3 abdominal/pelvic CTs with no explanation. Transvaginal Ultrasound found a great amount of free fluid in pelvic culdesac, but was aid to be normal. Major weight loss and hair loss, bad skin on face/back/neck/arms, and very dry flaky scalp issues. Hard fluid lump under skin on palm of hand. Everything started in January of this year. No diagnosis yet for the many issues that I am having. Have all of the results from scans, x-rays, labs, pictures, and visits - in hand and ready to go. I don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke anything, I eat healthy and a lot, I take vitamins and health shakes.
