ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
For 5 plus years I have been suffering with abdominal pain, bloating and constipation along with Lung disease of COPD and interstitial lung disease which I believe I have been misdiagnosed, I believe it's an autoimmune disease, my lungs are more cystic with cysts and slow growing fibrosis which seems to match more with Sjogren's and Lupus. Within this time I was diagnosed with an enlarged fatty liver and enlarged left sided heart disease with mitral valve regurgitation. I also was diagnosed with Vertebrobasilar insufficiency and degenerative disc/joint disease. My symptoms range from dry eyes/mouth, bone and joint pain, swollen/painful salivary glands (behind jaw & in front of ear), dental problems, rashes, sensitivity to sun, fatigue, shortness of breath, chronic abdominal pain, headaches, unable to walk any distance due to my hips and Achilles tendons swelling so badly and weight loss of more than 30 lbs. in less than a month. I've had CT scans, MRI's, Ultra sound's, colonoscopy's, endoscopy's, biopsy's, Echocardiogram's, EKG's, and multiple blood tests. My Primary Dr. sends me to specialists, but nobody care's to connect the dots, even when I suggest it might be Sjogren's, Lupus or PBC, I am always told it's either in my head, nothing is showing in my results or in the case of my Gastro Dr. who told me I do have an autoimmune disease but there was no reason to get tested to see which autoimmune disease's I have because it wouldn't do me any good. I am slowly dying and I am in so much pain I can't eat and I sit in my recliner all day, every day …. this is not living, this is just existing. I am progressing so badly that I can't even leave the house to go see a doctor. My most recent issue is a new hard lump on the bottom-center-left side of my sternum about the size of a silver dollar.
