- CASE FILE
Increased, intense pressure in my head extending down to ears. Episodes with shaking limbs, tingling, & wavy, changing vision.
ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
What started as intermittent vision changes in my early 30s progressed to frequent changes throughout the day to the point in my mid forties where glasses and contacts are useless due to such frequent changes. Intense head pressure is ever present and increased over the years to the point where it initially felt as though my ears had weights lying upon them. Now it’s so intense, I am perpetually on the edge of a headache and only one loud sound, laugh, cough, or sneeze away from a severe headache. I have been evaluated by neurologists when I started experiencing hand and leg tingling that would cause my fingers to shake uncontrollably intermittently. I found symptoms were most prevalent when my normally low blood pressure, 90/40, rose to normal levels around 120/80. This would be unusually high for me and was brought back down through diet, exercise and meditation, resulting in reduction of symptoms as well.
