ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have been dealing with the pain, swelling, tingling and numbness in my back and feet for over four years. I had one neurologist tell me it was fibromyalgia. I’ve been ended up in the hospital on March 2019 been able to walk, get up, dressed myself or just the day to day function. They said in the hospital that I had MS, I followed up with the neurologist that had seen me and didn’t feel comfortable also asked for a second opinion. I’ve gone through several test at UCSF and now they are saying it’s chronic pain syndrome and I had a stroke. I have had several MRIs over this period of time and a CAT scan. Currently I am on 15 different medications. I feel like I have no quality-of-life I have not been able to go back to work I have to walk with my walker and have a hard time remembering things. I have been through several different test and I feel like at this point they just throw a dart at the wall to come up with something. I really need help with this my depression has gotten worse . What doctors I have seen are three neurologist, a pain doctor, a psych doctor, and my Primary care doctor.
