ABOUT THIS CASE FILE
I have been suffering from increasingly worse difficulties in passing stool since 2014. First it was just plain constipation where I had to use my finger to dig stuff out. Then in 2016, I went for five days without pooping. I started using daily enema. I went to several gastroenterologists, tried Amitiza, Linzess, Trulance, but no poop. I also had a colonoscopy and smartpill endoscopy, but nothing abnormal was showing. In in 2017, the enema stopped working. I was pooping out just clear water with enemas. I went for three weeks like that, until a doctor gave me Golytely solution. I cleared out with a gallon of Golytely. I was also referred to Johns Hopkins Motility where I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssnergia. I had to depend on Golytely to poop, but in 2019, Golytely stopped working. I was only pushing out clear water without feces. Then, Prucalopride, Trulance, Miralax were added to my list of medications. I was able to poop out feces for a few days, then it stopped. Now I can only push out clear water. I am afraid to eat. I went to ER three times in the last six weeks, had CT scans and X-rays, but there is nothing abnormal showing. I wish I can be diagnosed.
